unlimited money using ads

i created a app for ad watch (no account ban, totally genuine idea). we will make 1k member group and everyone will make their account on unity ads. than one person will put his united ad account id in app and ads will see 999 members using that id. so that guy will get amount. and another person will put his id and 999 members watch his ads. in simple words1k members will watch ads of each other and make money. ips will be different and genuine and real so no bots or invalid traffic. and that app where members will see ads is also good professional and working app. it will also have proper functionality so that it will not flagged. i think this is good idea.
