Soseki – Open-Source Business Workspace for Freelancers

Freelancers and small agencies often juggle spreadsheets, invoicing apps, project trackers, forms, and client notes across multiple tools. It wastes time, creates duplicate work, and makes it hard to see the full picture of a business. I'm building Soseki, an open-source business operating platform that brings everything into one workspace. Manage clients, projects, invoices, payments, expenses, questionnaires, support tickets, and business reports from a single dashboard. It also supports multi-currency invoicing with exchange-rate snapshots, AI-assisted data migration from old tools, and shareable client questionnaires. The goal isn't to replace every business tool. It's to give service businesses a simple, self-hostable platform without vendor lock-in or dozens of subscriptions. Built for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies that want one place to run their business instead of switching between multiple apps.
